Refund policy
We offer a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging
- With original tags intact
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at chiefparfums@gmail.com.
⚠️ Please note: If the customer chooses to return the product for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, fragrance preference, etc.), the shipping cost for both forward (to customer) and reverse (back to us) will be borne by the customer.

Once your return is accepted, please send the item to:

Do not send any items without receiving return approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at chiefparfums@gmail.com, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
For exchanges, the fastest way is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
